Contractor charged higher compensation cost
Two families bought plots of land in Upper Nazareth in order to build their homes .
The Families sought and found a man who identified himself as an experienced building contractor who promised to build their dream home .
During the construction , it became clear to them that he does not know basic things in construction and that he is actually a " handyman " but not building contractor . And of course after finishing the construction, they found serious defects including cracks in the structure and concrete.
the Families were forced to hire a contractor and spend thousands of shekels in strengthening the structure and fix construction defects .
This is a claim against a handyman who introduced himself as a remodeling contractor but provides customers far more damage than the benefits brought .

קבלן חויב בפיצויים הגבוהים מעלות העבודות שביצע
שתי משפחות רכשו חלקות קרקע בעיר נצרת עילית אשר בגליל התחתון , במטרה לבנות עליהן את ביתן. המשפחות חיפשו ומצאו אדם שהציג עצמו כקבלן בנין מנוסה והבטיח שיבנה עבורם את בית חלומותיהם. עוד במהלך הבניה הלך והתברר להם כי הקבלן אינו יודע דברים בסיסיים בבניה וכי הוא למעשה "שיפוצניק" ולא קבלן בנין. וכמובן שלאחר שסיים את מלכתו נמצאו ליקויים קשים כולל סדקים במבנה ובבטון . המשפחות נאלצו לשכור קבלן בניין ולהשקיע מאות אלפי שקלים בחיזוק המבנה ותיקוון ליקויים בבניה . ולאחר מכן שכרו את שירותיו של עורך דין ליקויי בניה במשרד עו"ד גולן ושות' מתל אביב אשר הגיש וניהל בשמם תביעה בבית משפט השלום בטבריה, נגד השיפוצניק שהציג את עצמו כקבלן שיפוצים, אולם גרם ללקוחות נזק רב יותר מהתועלת שהביא. השיפוצניק חוייב בתשלום פיצויים בסכומים של מאות אלפי שקלים
